Coexistence and Social Reintegration Service
These are the interventions aimed at people, families or groups who, for different reasons, find themselves in situations of, or danger of, marginalisation or social exclusion.
Those outside the community are helped to reintegrate themselves and participate in it and those who are at risk of being isolated from the community are helped to try and ensure they do not actually become so. In each situation, the causes are established, and appropriate solutions provided together with an attempt to ensure, through all available means and encouraging the collaboration of the community, it does not reoccur.
For those people who are unable to live in the family home, alternative accommodation is facilitated (volunteer homes, shelter centres, residences, hostels) until their situations have been resolved.
